IMPORTANT: You are required to create a Patient Portal in Charm PHR to schedule an appointment online. To schedule by phone call or text (864) 729-2757.

Patients who have seen Marianna Guy prior to February 1, 2025, select “Patient Follow Up” or “Patient Wellness Visit” for the appointment type. Then for the question “Are you an existing patient” you must select “No” so that the system lets you proceed and create the patient portal. Do not select “yes” because you’ll get a system error.

New patients who have not seen Marianna Guy previously, follow these steps:

1. Select “New Patient - Establish Care”, pick your time slot.

2. Under the question “Are you an existing patient” select “No”.

3. Enter your personal information.

4. Provide any special notes/requests in the “Reason for Appointment”.

5. Enter your credit card to be stored in your Patient Portal.

6. Click “Confirm”.

7. Check your email for your new Charm PHR Patient Portal login details.
